In most cases, you still have to visit the website of the train company, and book in the local language and currency, and pay with a local currency.  You're pretty much out of luck if you are from out of town.  Rail is the single fastest growing sector of travel today, especially so in Europe and Asia with a combined $200 billion a year invested and high speed rails lines popping up across the globe. We were stumped by this gap in service as well, which is why we decided to solve the problem by building the world's first global rail platform.
