At the PhocusWright Conference, taking place in Hollywood Florida on the 15th to 17th of November, SilverRail will be hosting a workshop highlighting some of the benefits of rail travel, and also giving an overview of some of the work that we have been doing in the space since we got started just over two years ago.

At SilverRail, we are (unsurprisingly) big believers in the trend towards rail travel over air on short-haul trips.  We've created a fun and entertaining video to show the comparisons on a popular route.  

We will also explore some case studies on how rail has impacted air on some key routes.  You might be surprised at some of the impacts rail has had on the air market in some key areas.

SilverRail is also building the set of standards and transaction processing systems that have existed for years in air, but have never been considered in the rail market, and we will be able to give you a bit more insight into the progress we are making on that front.
