LINKON AB RENAMED SILVERRAIL TECHNOLOGIES AB

SilverRail is a travel technology company delivering solutions for the passenger rail industry. They have operations in 4 countries and a global customer base. In 2014, SilverRail acquired 75 percent of the shares of Linkon AB from SJ AB, becoming the majority shareholder. Linkon AB will now rebrand as SilverRail Technologies AB and integrate with the SilverRail Technologies Group to become one company.

We have identified significant synergies and benefits of becoming one company, both internally and for our customers. The name change is the starting point for integrating our operations while simplifying our messaging to the market”, says Sebastian Egedius, MD SilverRail Technologies AB.

SilverRail Technologies AB (formerly Linkon AB) develops and offers sales, distribution, operations and settlement systems for rail, travel and ground services in Scandinavia to travel providers, retailers and travelers. The company will continue on this journey with an owner who operates globally.
